pre-production, Six days to shoot and one month for the post production and
visual effects.
How Film making started:
Abishek Nair and Osmand Lu met while working on an
advert for nestle in 2002. Their common interest in music led them to start
their own alternative rock band 'Ctrl+Z' which then turned their interest to
short film making. Since the two had experience in the film\animation
industry they decided to make their own experimental short films. Their goal
- to make their films look like a comic book, to bring the interest to the
viewer, to make it alternative. Armed with a simple consumer Sony Handy cam
and a computer at home, Abishek Nair and Osmand Lu set out to make their
first film 'Human Seasons' which led them to make 2 other films 'Darkness'
and 'Till we meet again' over a span of 11 months. Abishek and Osmand handle
everything from Script writing to direction to post production by
themselves. Their film making methods have been compared to famous film
makers like David Lynch and Manoj 'Night' Shyamalan by critics and reviewers
on online film clubs from around the world.
